Submission Guidelines
We invite all interested individuals, teams, and organizations in the payment and financial services industry to submit their projects for consideration by our Marcom Team. Please review the submission guidelines carefully:
- Submission Deadline: The submission deadline is November 4th, so kindly submit your projects for consideration at your earliest convenience.
- Jury: If you have a keen interest in being part of the jury, please let us know as soon as possible. All expressions of interest will be reviewed prior to confirmation, taking into account criteria such as impartiality, absence of conflicts of interest, and balanced representation across different sectors.
- Evaluation Process: Our esteemed jury will assess all submitted projects, ultimately selecting the best in each category for recognition. The awards will be presented during the nexo Annual Conference Networking activity on November 24th.

- Best Use Case or Practice: Showcasing impactful use cases or practices with nexo specifications & protocols.
- Best nexo Contributor or Promotion: Recognizing significant contributions to expanding the nexo brand promotion through effective marketing, promotions, or partnerships.
- Best nexo Technical Contribution: Celebrating a person or group that has made remarkable technical contributions to advancing nexo's specifications and protocols.
